This review is to provide constructive feedback in the kindest way possible! You have a ton of great reviews, so I don’t doubt you can hit it out of the park! I find these days that there are so many restaurants out there and with the current costs to go out for dinner, you really have to be elevated in all aspects. My partner and I came while we were visiting Golden in hopes to have a fancier dinner experience vs. something more casual. This might be because it’s more of a tourist town, but the prices were above average compared to Calgary next to what you get. We ordered pan-seared scallops over a salad and there were only 5 very small scallops that didn’t seem to be the standout? The cheese balls were quite dry and came with prosciutto on the side (even though the server told us there was no meat). There was only one server and she seemed a bit unenthused to be there… I totally get what it’s like having an off night so that’s a possibility! The Caesar was incredible though and our server moved us to the table we wanted so we definitely appreciated that. I am thinking, that was my first burger in Canada and the expensivst Burger, in Chateau Lake Louise, a burger its only 2 Dollar more, in a great atmosphäre and a nice Restaurant.
