First time I'm desapointed enough to put a comment here. When asked if I wanted a coffee I said yes please and a glass of water, she brought the coffee no water. I said thank oh you forgot the water she behaved as if she never was never asked. Ok maybe she didn't hear it. She wanted to take our orders I had a slight hesitation she rolled her eyes looked back as if to say I was slowing her down, had the same crapy attitude with my guest. Got our meals I took a brunch it came with no beans no creton very small and thin half of a slice of ham a very well done sausage & bacon. We couldn't see her so one of us went to asked if we could have someone to our table she showed up before we spoke she said ok so beans are missing and said the name of another person that must've forgot I mentioned it being the first time that I had such a bad looking plate. She said ok and walked away. Leaving me with an empty cup of coffee. Some other young lady brought our missing food and kindly offered coffee. Bottom line is a little I'm sorry we'll fix that for you would've been nice. At the end she was there with our bill and I said you know you have a great smile but the passive aggressive behavior and naming the person to blame for the errors is not the greatest way to react and that a simple sorry for this we'll fix that would've made a major difference in how we felted. Her response was I'll google what passive aggressive means thank you. Questionning what the problem was would've been appropriate. I didn't complain about the meat just the missing items. I never write negative reviews but this was really unpleasant. No I wasn't rude I'm in customer service myself. No it wasn't crowded. I've seen that place full and had an amazing service each and every time. We had a hard time getting a second cup of coffee with her. Now my guest said never again... She didn't give her a tip and in return was thrown her bill on the table. I'm usually a big tipper and around the holidays even more, this time I didn't give much. I used to be a server… the girl who waited on our table (2 people), who only had one other table that was already served their food, only preformed the bare minimum of her job. Even then, we had to wait for condiments (we had to go looking for her to get them she was talking away to someone behind the divider in front of the serving window), we never got a refill on coffee, no checking in to see if we needed anything or how the food was. You rudely interrupted a conversation by pushing our bill at us and placing the card reader down in between us on the table and waited there. Maybe if you are unable to be a descent human being, you shouldn’t work in the hospitality industry. Tipping used to be a bonus for good service…and you did not deliver.
