Thai Express Restaurant Granby — Restaurant in Granby

We went based on google reviews , we were disappoint . We are comparing this place to other Thai express. (we live in BC) My husband who does speak French ordered chicken dumplings , he got pork. They did fix it but when the guy brought it out, he just dropped on the tray and walked away. This left a bad impression of service in Thai Express restaurants You can smell the older grease and the normally great flavors you great at Thai express was not there. For travelers going through Granby Quebec, this is not worth the stop. We also notice the guy who just dropped the dumpling asked us for proof of covid passport ( we have our covid vaccine cards and BC ID ) They did not ask any other person coming to order food. They are getting 1 star due the bland taste, the really bad attitude from the guy . we left most of our food...

So me and my family went to this Thai Express. It looked very good! So we went to try it and the staff was so rude!!!! When we got our food my daughter realized that their was HAIR in her food. We talked to the lady at the counter guess what she was doing she was poring my daughters soup into another boul!!!!!! When we asked her politely she told me that the hair didn’t touch the soup 🍜 This is rediculous!!!!! I told her to just make me a new soup. She tould me that she could not do me another soup. I cant belive what she did i am never coming here again!!!!...

Site web pathétique.... Menu et tout se transforme.du français à l'anglais continuellement. J'ai écrit avec mes coordonnés sur votre site web pour vous dire ma frustration et j'ai trois fois de suite (en trente minutes) envoyé ce message mais je reçois toujours un message d'erreur et de réessayer plus tard..... toujours en anglais..... L'accès au menu est aussi très difficile. C'est ma troisième.ou quatrième fois en deux ans que j'essaie et c'est toujours pareil. Nous sommes.en 2020. Ça va bien aller pour vous....j'espère bien un jour. Désolé.pour le franchise de Granby. Bonne chance avec de tels franchiseur. J'ai aussi déjà été en restauration comme franchisé. ...
