Burger BUM — Restaurant in Granby

First time eating here and the Burger was delicious, only complaint is the burger patty was thin. I was just wondering tho if you have a 1/4 pounder waygu burger yet.

The fries were great too. Soft inside and hot, not overcooked either, perfect for a poutine that I’ll have to try next time, It’d be nice if they were longer, that’s my preference

I was really impressed by the service, it was fast and pleasant, I was able to order within about 5 mins with 2 people infront of me and get my food brought to my table.

The prices are similar to A&W but the burger tastes better, even though it looks like you’re getting slightly less meat, which I understand since it’s Waygu which is...

Delicious juicy burger. I tried the single voyou (jalepeno burger) and the double burger bum (classic burger). I prefer single over double patties. The double was slightly too oily for me. The staff was friendIy and helpful. The restaurant is well decorated and has lots of room to sit alone or with friends and enjoy a delicious burger. Je ne m’attendais à rien… et j’ai vécu une révélation culinaire. Ce midi, j’ai mangé ce qui est, sans l’ombre d’un doute, le meilleur burger de ma vie. Et je pèse mes mots.

Le pain ? Brioché, grillé à la perfection, légèrement sucré. La galette ? Juteuse, épaisse, pleine de goût, cuite à la perfection. Le genre de viande qui fond dans la bouche, avec un assaisonnement juste assez punché pour te faire hocher la tête à chaque bouchée. Les garnitures étaient d’une fraîcheur irréprochable, et la sauce maison… wow. Crémeuse, savoureuse, parfaitement balancée entre le sucré, le salé, l’umami. Une bombe de saveurs.

C’est pas juste un burger. C’est un chef-d’œuvre entre deux pains. Un moment d’arrêt dans ta journée. Une explosion contrôlée de bonheur.

Et la poutine? Rien à redire. Frites crousti-moelleuses, fromage frais, sauce maison ultra goûteuse. Un combo gagnant.

Service souriant, ambiance relax, et qualité à tous les étages. Une adresse qui mérite d’être connue et célébrée.
