Food was decent, but their service needs a serious improvement. One of the servers (a middle aged waitress) was extremely rude to me and my family simply because she didn't like us speaking English (my wife and child are fully bilingual, but we were speaking English amongst ourselves since I don't speak French). The waitress repeatedly insulted us behind our back by making fun of us in conversation with other customers near our table. She probably assumed my wife and child wouldn't understand French well enough to understand what she was saying. The whole experience became disgusting due to the presence of the ill-natured staff. I strongly recommend anglophone to stay far away from this establishment until they improve...

They turned us arround cause we looked young and they probalby were thinking that we din't make enough money. We were dressed casual but nothing that looked trash. When we first walked in we asked for a table for two, the waitress immediately took two menus but another waitress came up and told her that those tables were taken. Half the restaurant was empty and I could see at least 5 tables that did not have anyone. we where told the earliest table we could have was an 1h20 minutes later. Si vous cherchez un bon resto italien à Granby, ne cherchez plus — Di Carlo, c’est l’endroit parfait pour une vraie bouffe réconfortante comme en Italie !

🥩 Le veau : Tendre, bien cuit, nappé d’une sauce savoureuse… que ce soit en parmigiana ou autre, chaque bouchée est un pur plaisir. Une vraie spécialité de la maison.

🍝 Spaghetti Bolognaise : Classique, mais exécuté à la perfection. La sauce est riche, pleine de goût, avec une viande bien assaisonnée. On sent que ce n’est pas une sauce sortie d’un pot — c’est mijoté maison, avec amour.

🍕 La pizza : Pâte croustillante à l’extérieur, moelleuse à l’intérieur. La Boulognaise est surprenante sur pizza — généreuse en garniture, bien gratinée, et pleine de saveurs. C’est le genre de pizza qui te donne envie de ne pas partager!

🎯 Service et ambiance : Le personnel est super attentionné, rapide et sympathique. L’ambiance est conviviale, avec une touche de raffinement. On s’y sent bien, que ce soit pour un dîner en famille ou un souper en amoureux.

💰 Prix : Très raisonnable pour la qualité. Les portions sont généreuses, donc on en a pour son argent.

En résumé : Di Carlo, c’est une valeur sûre à Granby pour une cuisine italienne généreuse et savoureuse. Une adresse à garder dans ses favoris, surtout si vous avez une fringale de spaghetti ou une envie soudaine de pizza bien faite !
