jan 9th: I ordered online, order no 533, I work backshifts so i took 30 min break to get the food. The McCrispy (in the meal) I got was dark brown dry and left bitter taste in mouth. I called store let them know of the issue, they said they will cook me fresh if I come back I told them that I cannot my break is already over (its 11 min drive to store) I will come in morning. I went in morning and explained my issue they said McCrispy is not available in morning, Come back later, no other explanation. I was disgusted and decided to avoid macdonald for some days.
Jan 17: I go to macdonald at 2:20 am, explain to them the issue and they check in complaints book and find my name. Here's what they said "Kitchen staff has put the chicken in back freezer so we cannot cook any more chicken tonight he would have to go and grab the packet and then cook, there is one cooked which has been sitting for 2 hrs (she confirms it with cook) do you want that?" I said absolutely not. I want my refund. She hands be 7 bucks (order no 60), I asked her my order was around 12 bucks. Here's her explanation "We do not refund, but I am doing it for you. Its a special case you can take it or not". My god I was so disgusted that i did not say other word, took my money and left. I was treated as a beggar for asking refund.

I ordered a large regular triple triple, and somehow they still managed to mess it up — I was given a medium decaf triple triple instead. It’s coffee — how hard is that?
What’s more insulting is the pathetic excuse I got when I called in. Clearly, the staff here either don’t care or aren’t trained properly. Either way, this level of incompetence is disgraceful.
