Beyond disgusted. This is the SECOND time I have gotten very terrible customer service there, I thought I would give them another chance, but today was a day that made me see just how terrible their customer service really is. Went there with my 9 yr old brother, 70 yr old grandmother, and 40 yr old mother. I got a veggie, brother got a meatball, and both grandmother and mother got the cold cuts. They said it tasted a bit off to begin with, and not long after, they were both feeling sick. We got home about 3 hours later and they were vomiting galore. None of us are anything today other than subway, and my Nan and mom both got sick, but were the only ones that got cold cuts.. Coincidence? I think not. I called them thinking that maybe they would check if the meats were okay so no one else would get sick, or maybe give us so much off our meal for making them sick, but Nope. We were told that they can't do anything about it, that we would have to go to the hospital and get a bunch of tests done to make sure it was the cold cuts. The tone in his voice was careless, and with that, he basically accused me of lying saying that I had no proof. They'll do and say anything to not have to deal with customers that got sick from their food apparently, because really ? Who would go though a bunch of tests just to prove that they got sick from there ? Their customer service sickens me, and after this I can assure you my family will never be back, and I recommend anyone that reads this to do the same.    Read moreWent to subway for first time in years only because we wanted the happy gilmore cups combo to get meal on day of happy gilmore coming out. We looked forward to it. They didnt even have cups on the day the film came out. Management must be incompetent. Then the person making the sub was some young indian girl that didnt even know what she was doing. After drenching first sub in mayo when i told her just one line, she did the same thing again, like 5 squirts of lines. Lettuce was stacked on one side and none on another side. Kept havibg to repeat my toppings over and over as she would quickly forget each time. The bun and meats and toppings looked crap. The line up and wait took so long. Then i go to check out and they say theres no happy gilmore cups so i didnt get combo, and charge me $30 just for these two crappy subs with no drink no side that three years ago would be like $20-25 with drinks and sides. A foot long blt sub with drink and chips used to cost $10-12. Now just the sub alone is $15! And its worse quality!! I stopped going there cuz i can make better sandwiches and its low quality, and that was years ago. Wish i never came back. Waste of my time and money. They advertised the happy gilmore combo so to run out of cups on day of movie premiere on a friday is beyond bad business common sense.    Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the service at this Subway location. Tonight, I called ahead at 11:20 PM to confirm that they were still open and to let them know I was coming to place an order. Despite their closing time being midnight, when I arrived, the doors were locked. I could see an employee inside, cleaning the makeline, but he chose to completely ignore me even though he was well aware I was coming.
I tried knocking and even called again, but he just continued with his tasks without acknowledging my presence. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If the store hours say they are open until midnight, then they should serve customers until then, not lock the doors early and ignore people who are trying to place an order.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope the management takes note and ensures that such incidents do not happen...
