I recently dined at Swiss Chalet and had the pleasure of being served by Aashia. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel warmly welcomed with her friendly smile and professional demeanor. Aashia’s attention to detail and genuine care for our dining experience truly stood out.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions, ensuring every dish we ordered was exactly what we wanted. Throughout the meal, she checked in just the right amount—attentive without being intrusive—and made sure our drinks were always full and our table spotless.

What really impressed me was how she handled a minor issue with our order. Her quick resolution and positive attitude turned what could have been a hiccup into an example of outstanding customer service.

Food is excellent but a restaurant of this stature that doesn’t carry corona beer. Cmon folks that’s one of the most popular import beers to have on hand. Their answer was we don’t sell any so we don’t have it. How can you sell it if you don’t have it. Went back again two weeks ago still no corona, i guess talk is cheap, they never intended on getting corona just to satisfy one customer, even though its one of the most popular import beers, so I left and went to The Bonnie Prince Pub. Great selection of food items and have been back there a few more times. Terrible service. My wife and I were seated and our orders taken. A rather large group of people came on and were seated right next to us. Not only did the group of people receive their order first the waitress kept asking how everything was. The entirety of our time in the restaurant the waitress never checked on us. We waived her over and asked for a refill on our drinks, then and only then did she check on us. Our drinks were delivered to the wrong table. I believe the terrible service was a direct result of us using a couple for 2 free meals. The waitress wanted a tip and didn't believe she would receive one from people paying with coupons. Coupons which we received for previously receiving bad service. Upon paying, the demeanor of the waitress changed. She was happy, laughing, making sure we had a great meal.
