This Tim’s is always a terrible experience and I avoid using it, however, this last experience was the worst. I’ll sum it up quickly - I ordered a chipotle steak wrap, and a chicken bacon wrap with chipotle, 2 bagels and 2 drinks. I specified that the wrap could not have ranch as my wife is allergic. It was rang through properly on the screen. Get to the window, both of my drinks were wrong. Tried to send me away without my food. Then I waited literally 26 minutes at the window for my food, they forgot a bagel and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes. After that, we opened the packaging for the wraps to find my wife’s wrap smothered in ranch, including all over the packaging giving her a reaction. On top of that, my wrap was made totally incorrectly with hardly any steak or sauce, and missing all of the veggies that are supposed to be on it.
