No complaints about A&w food but a old lady there and a manager doesn’t know how to show respect towards customers. I ordered through uber app (my personal order) I went drive thru ask for my food she said you have to come in for pickup okay got it , there side doors were locked at 7 pm. Went inside i explained her that i was in drive for picking up it was so cold why u didn’t gave me the food she said its our policy to see the bag then handover! okay fine when i asked her i m not a driver this is my personal order she said why u didn’t tell us in the drive thru . (This is not my job to tell that i am here to pickup my order or i am uber driver they have to ask the customer) but what is not okay is disrespect a old lady started showing disrespect by saying you dont know how to speak English i am Canadian so much other stuff like seriously how can she said these kind of stuff to people showing racism towards other community specially when u r working in customer service very bad ! I left my order there not getting any to eat because this much negativity i can not handle. She needs to learn how to do respect other cultures...

Some rude lil lady knew what she was doing. I ordered a papa burger combo for my son who had been asking for A@W burger for two days. It was 11pm at night last night as I got off work and I drove specifically to this location as it is open 24 hours and didn't want to order from the others that were closing in 25 mins out of respect. So I headed to this location as I knew truckers stop there and they better get a good meal for the priceshe only said " drive safe" and had the audacity to pack up a kids meal for a big guy. The one burger that he dislikes to boot, a buddy burger with two slim patties and a small fry no joke. You won't pick up your office phone so Ill leave this review. Check your order before you leave. My son was disappointed, like there's any good places to eat as it is anymore, she goes and does that to a customer ordering the biggest patty on the menu and gives them the smallest grossest burger on the menu. Can't stand ppl who act tired and lazy at their jobs, get it together, you picked nightshift to work so...

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the garbage are usually filled and the tables sometimes dirty but please keep reading! This A&W is the largest I have ever been in. With lots of seating and walking space it gives room for plenty of customers. The staff are very friendly and keep busy. When ordering food they are very prompt and it always comes out hot and delicious. When I am waiting to be picked up for work I wait at A&W with my coworker and we sit there for about 3-4 1/2 hours, the staff are very accommodating to allow us to wait there with our luggage and charge our phones. While waiting there is a constant flow of couples, groups of friends and families gathering here. It is somewhere that older couples come to chat over onion rings, friends come to meet up for rootbeer and families gather for a good meal.
