Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

Not my first time here but tonight was the worst service yet. Wanted to try the new Chipotole Apple Smoked Brisket. Order a mucho to share with my man. Could tell at the very beginning that this girl was new as she didnt even know to ask me what kind of wrap I wanted. In my opinion if she didnt even know to ask the first thing she should not have been on her own. All the topping I had to ask for extra. Even with the "extra" I received it only added up to the regular amount of meat, rice and topping regularly on a mucho size. The girl never talked to me, but talk with another employee, who had another order, for direction. Before I knew that she was talking to the other employee I asked what she said and the other girl replied very rudely that she was talking to her and not me. Luckily for me there was no communication between the cashier and the girl who made my burrito as she never told her there was "extra" even though there wasnt. I left feeling very annoyed with the service I received, however feel for the new girl as she obviously didnt know what she was doing. I ordered the BYO steak bowl and the staff began randomly putting ingredients in the bowl, many of which I couldn’t eat. Then I was charged for toppings included with the bowl, and refused the sauce I asked for, being given maybe half a teaspoon of what I think might have been chimmichurri? I asked for guacamole and was given a chunk of avocado. Several times I tried to stop the staff and ask for what I wanted and was initially ignored until I was met with the response of you’ll get what is on there. I completely understand that the restaurant is in business to make money, but being treated this was is completely unacceptable, especially considering that I regularly spend a few hundred dollars a month at this restaurant, something I sure won’t be...

AWFUL. I've been to plenty of mucho burrito's in Canada and typically enjoy my experience there. However, the Grande Prairie Mucho Burrito is by far the worst Mucho Burrito I've ever been too. My go-to is the burrito bowl and the burrito bowl here had nothing in it, just one half scoop of each ingredient. I might as well of hopped over the counter and made it myself..At least then I wouldn't be even more hungry leaving that place than before I arrived.
