Subway — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

I visited this Subway in Grande Prairie, Alberta, last week, and I must say it was an excellent experience! The restaurant was clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The staff was friendly and efficient, taking my order with a smile and preparing my sandwich just the way I like it. I ordered a footlong sub, and the ingredients were super fresh, the veggies crisp, and the bread perfectly baked. The portion size was great, and everything tasted delicious!

What impressed me the most was the fast service and attention to detail. They made sure my order was accurate and even asked if I needed any extra sauces or toppings.

Overall, a fantastic experience—great food, friendly staff, and a clean environment. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this...

Very disappointed with the service at this Subway location. The male middle aged staff member working there was extremely rude and clearly lacked any understanding of basic customer service. He behaved like he was being forced to serve us, with a visible attitude the entire time.

We ordered two different sandwiches, and when we asked which one was which, his response was a blunt and dismissive “I don’t know.” On top of that, when removing the sandwiches from the grill, he literally tossed them onto the counter — which I found incredibly disrespectful.

If you don’t want to deal with customers, maybe you’re in the wrong job.

Won’t be coming back to this location again....
