Wendy's — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

Drove through around 1 PM, they’re in a lunch rush per usual.

Person taking my order was clear and quick! Once I got to the window I handed my cash to a worker, but before I could even get my change I get the bag of food shoved in front of me and my drink in their other hand by a somewhat tall male worker before I could even react. After I got everything, my change was given and I immediately left.

I’ve worked in fast-food before, I get that there’s a timely manner you have to get it done in. It’s just really startling and rude that there’s a need for someone else to step in and shove the order into my car window. Felt like they just wanted to get rid of me, and the cash was an inconvenience to them.

I thought open until 11 pm. nope Dr closed at 10 pm. I walked there since not too far. so I'm hungry and I'm pointed twd drive thru window, realizing I can order but make the walk of same so many normally do. I get there make my order and within a minute I got my food, already paid in that minute, and as a car came around the corner, I was set to go n just bolted around the corner and got home very happy. so thank you to this Wendy's that served and gained a loyal customer in which A&W would not serve me at all, judged, looked down on and dismissed. The Food here was great, but this review isn't about the food. The Customer service here was horrible. When ordering through the drive thru, the guy acted like he didn't care at all. Then when I pulled up to the window, he stood there for a few seconds starring at me with the window closed before he took the payment, like he was offended I was there. THEN he just tossed me the food and didn't say anything. So to you, Indian guy with the Bench Jacket, your service is piss poor and shouldn't be working in the Hospitality industry.
