A few years back posted that it was my go to summer chip stand. This year started off great but my last couple of trips were disappointing. Still huge portion of fish and always friendly staff but fries were no longer fresh cut fries and the coleslaw had a stale cabbage flavour to it. Part of the food truck experience in the summer time is the fresh cut fries and regrettably, lately, this establishment has missed the mark. Now that summer is almost over, fingers crossed they return to fresh cut fries...
