Ginos Pizza — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

I've never been to Ginos until now and let me tell you, they do things right. Their slogan is "live life with flavour", first, they spell it right, with a U. I respect that. Second oooh man was my panzerotto flavourful. I was hesitant at first, i didn't know the price of toppings and it just seemed a little dull. I gave it a try anyways. Its made on the spot, so expect to wait at least 10 minutes. When i got my box, it was like opening heaven. It smelled delicious, looked way better than the picture and was huge! And i just got the regular size. The box itself was amazing. It opened up into a plate. Their pizza slice cartons also have a lid. How convenient for rainy days. Anyways, i took a bite of the panzerotto, and i think its the best pizza thing I've ever had. The crust was perfectly gooey yet crispy. The toppings were fresh and amazing and if i wasn't so full I'd eat 5 of these things in a row. But I'm really happy I have some left for tomorrow. I think I'm going to be a regular at ginos now. TERRIBLE ALL AROUND. This pizza place is relatively new, they have a small menu of food the is mediocre at best and most of the time is terrible due to cheap ingredients and mentally unstable staff. Ordered the chicken and wedges, chicken was all bone and burnt and the wedges were overcooked and dry. The pizza there is always cold and definitely not made with love, infact I'd even go as far to say it's made with hatred and spite. Very overpriced compared to competitors as well. Crystal at the front cash is a terrible worker and you can tell really hates her job. She also has a hard time listening and gets orders wrong more than half the time.

Do not come here unless you like paying too much and being treated like dirt for crappy food.

The size of the pizza slice was generous, but cold. I also bought a bottle of orange juice, and when I took a mouthful it was rancid. I hadn't noticed this, unfortunately, and after washing my mouth out with water and taking a closer look, the orange juice was brown and chunky despite coming out of their cooler.

Considering the pizza was cold when it was supposed to be hot, and the orange juice had gone off (and was still within the expiry date, so I couldn't blame that), there is something seriously wrong with their food storage.
