Gonga's Grill Falconbridge — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

I ordered breakfast for my husband and I on Monday morning and he went and picked it up, when he got home I noticed MY order was wrong. I called back to just let the woman know that this isn't what I asked for. Instead of apologizing she said "well I assumed" "you can see how it would be miscommunicated" no, I don't. If we were IN the restaurant and he placed his order and I placed mine you wouldn't have assumed anything. She asked if I then wanted to come back. I let her know that I have 2 babies at home so that would be crazy (I wasn't going to make my husband late for work either by sending him back) I used to eat at gongas OFTEN so I know how the eggs benny are made hence why I specified ham instead of peameal but since my husband's had an extra side of peameal she ASSUMED I wanted eggs Benny with peameal and a side of ham... so I paid extra for something I didn't want and when I told her I'm not coming back because it would be too hard for me, I just want her to listen to her customers better- she laughed. I then called back a couple hours later to speak with a manager, was told I would be contacted Monday or Tuesday, it's now 7:30pm Tuesday and I haven't received a call. We walked in to be greeted politely. As we sat down at a dusty table (they all were), the waitress came over and asked what we wanted to drink. We asked if we could get the table wiped. The waitress instantly was offended and responded "It's just dust. No one has even sat here yet." And then wouldn't wipe it off. Okay? But we'd still love it if you could wipe it for us. Then she proceeded to gossip and give us dirty looks with the other waitress. It wasn't a personal offence, we just wanted the dust off. She then gave us the worst service after that. Came in for a burger combo. My mistake, i wanted the 9$ burger and instead they gave me the house burger at 21ish$ It was quite expensive and i was curious why, ... an 8inch in diameter 4 inch tall burger. Sometimes more is better, in this case, not so much. You can't even fit the dam thing in your mouth, very little toppings. It just tasted like meat and bread in excess. You can legit feed 4 people on this!

Would i go back to gongas maybe, not for that burger, its just WAY too much! Just not a good burger.
