I have been wanting to try out pho noodle house since they had opened, however, the lack of vegetarian options deterred my chances. I also heard from friends and acquaintances that the dishes they had ordered were bland, therefore, weren’t impressed. Some of these reviews were based on takeout. I’m so glad I went tonight regardless of those not so great experiences. Now that there are a few vegetarian options this was the perfect time. We ordered a few pho dishes, spring rolls, rangoon and veggie vermicelli. We were all very pleased with our meals. The service was friendly and relatively quick, our dishes came out hot and the meals were incredibly flavourful. My partner and I have been to Vietnam and were aware of the addition of the sprouts, herbs and extra sauces to the pho dishes which are commonly added by oneself when the Pho arrives which I believe would often be missed for takeout orders. The Bun Tau Hu Cha Gio had amazing flavour and texture. The tofu was cooked perfectly with the vegetables being super fresh. As you can tell I was very happy with my meal and experience. I will definitely return.

PHO NOODLE HOUSE is in the town 😆😆 I’ve been waiting for this restaurant to be open for so long. Today, I was lucky to be invited to the soft opening. I ordered a Steak/Brisket Combo Pho with spring rolls as side dish. The soup broth is so light and the beef is soft and full of flavour. The spring rolls are very crunchy with lots of topping inside. As a Vietnamese, I have to say that this is one of the best Spring rolls that I’ve ever had and I strongly recommend you to try it. I also ordered an Ice coffee to drink, and it's amazing. One of the things that need to be mentioned is the decoration, I have a chance talk to the owner and they told me that all the decoration stuff was imported from Vietnam, which makes me feel like I’m in Vietnam already. It brings me home, a little Vietnam in this Sudbury 🇻🇳🇨🇦. The only thing that I feel pity is that I was so full so I won't able to try any other dishes and I don't have much time to take more photos of the restaurant. I definitely will be back to do what I missed today once it is officially open.

While in town I came here for the first time based on the reviews and some of the photos in the reviews. Friendly customer service. I ordered a prawn and avocado cold roll and a pork and spring roll vermicelli. I took my order back to my hotel. The cold spring roll was good. The vermicelli not so good for me. Most of the pork was fat and gristle. I have avoided this at other PHO restaurants by asking for the pork to have the fat removed but I forgot to do that here. I felt the portion size was small for $21 ($37 for entire bill) and considering the pork was fatty - it made the dish looker smaller. Noodles, sprouts, some shredded carrot and cucumber and one sliced spring roll was a lot that was remaining to eat. I was still hungry after eating the meal whereas if I ordered the same dish at Jane and Finch - I am stuffed after finishing. No one is perfect - maybe and off day. I’ll give it one more.

OMG!!! The food at this place is FANTASTIC!!!

My husband and I ordered takeout for their grand opening yesterday (July 7), and we were 100% satisfied! We each ordered the grilled pork vermicelli bowl, which comes with a spring roll, and we ordered a side of the prawn avocado rolls. Everything was delicious, ridiculously fresh, and perfectly executed. One thing we really loved about it was that it came with tons of fresh vegies, which so far we have not found at any other restaurants in Sudbury. The prices were perfectly reasonable and affordable. We will definitely be back, most likely at least once a week!

Thank you, Pho Noodle House!

Note to readers: Obviously, the commenter identified only as "zz cc" knows nothing about how traditional pho broth is made, OR the fact that Vietnamese SALAD rolls ARE served raw, with the exception of the protein (usually shrimp or pork) being cooked before...
