We ordered the Triple Treat box. We paid $60 for everything. We originally received the first pizzas, they were raw, dough was uncooked. They said they would send out two replacements. Which they did, we tipped that driver additional money, those pizzas also showed up raw.
I called them back and asked them to just refund me and come pick their pizza up as I was not going to feed my family something that will make us all ill. The employee on the phone got extremely hostile, saying “nobody else has complained so I do not understand why you have an issue” and then proceeded to argue with me when I was simply trying to explain that the top and bottom looked cooked but it was completely raw upon biting in to it in the center. He told me that is the perfect pizza and said he will send the driver to pick up the pizzas, proceeded to hang up on me as I was mid sentence. Which is fine, return my money and take your under cooked pizza back.
There is absolutely no customer service as I was being kind and patient and he was aggressive, rude and hostile. Will never order from them again and they were previously our go to pizza spot. We will go to Great Lakes instead! They have phenomenal customer service and their food is always good.
We ordered it as a treat for dinner and we waited 45 minutes for the original order, then waited another 25 for the second pizzas.

Read moreIt's been a few days, but I was questioning whether I should post a negative review or not. This is for the Sudbury, Barrydowne location. The food is fine, but for a couple days i had tried to order at night, and could not get through. The first day, i thought eh, could be very busy, the second, that was strange. The third, i was a little upset, so i go there myself. Maybe they're closed for the time being for some reason. No. Open and overstaffed. I tried to call from inside the store. I am a fairly regular customer, and normally, I can hear the phone ring from the front of the store. I called several times from my cell and no ringing, nobody moved to get the phone. Let me tell you, I work retail customer service and wed have repair guys in or someone would be in trouble if someone called on a dead (maybe it wasnt dead, just ignored?) Day and nobody picked up. When I called another of the stores in sudbury, while they handled the question of the barrydowne location turning off their phones with complete professionalism, they didnt seem surprised by the information. What kind of boss let's this happen? If the phones are not being answered, surely their sales have plummeted? Figure it out. But anyway dont bother with the barrydowne store. Read moreOrdered food for my family for special occasion. 30 min late for delivery I called to inquire, they said oh the delivery driver left your food on the ground in the rain outside your door over half an hour ago, no knock, no message, no call, no indication the order was delivered at all. Offered to refund the order which is the least you'd expect, but would take a week for them to return my $ that took them less than 3 seconds to take, so couldn't even afford to order somewhere else, and got stuck with soggy pizza that the birds got at for our special dinner. I thought anyone handling food needed to have a food safe certificate including drivers even if claimed use a third party delivery service, should make sure they have proper food handling knowledge before allowing anyone handle their food regardless of what company they work for Because anyone with common sense or has ever taken a food safety course, even if they fail the course, will still know that you don't put food on the ground especially prepared food going to a paying customer not to mention leave it sitting in a puddle in the rain...
