Expected the food to taste at least little similar as to the ThaiExpress places in Ottawa. I have tried several locations in Ottawa and the food is pretty much the same. The location in Sudbury was TOTALLY different and very disappointing. Ordered two chicken stir fry's: Basil and Peanut. One medium spicy, the other mild. They tasted EXACTLY same - no flavour difference. They seem to use a lot of some soy based sauce that makes the food brown and it seems to also give most of the flavour to the food. Cannot recommend this to anyone

This place is located in the mall so I don't really have comments on the atmosphere, but it is hidden in the corner. The menu is pretty basic and easy to follow, pick your dish, pick your protein. You can't go wrong with the pad thai. I like coming here because it's not just hamburgers and fries in a mall.

Refusing customers because you dislike them, Dislike that they have allergies, or dislike preparation requests is VERY unprofessional!

After over a year of eating here. They will no longer chop up the meat while cooking it with a steel hand griddle. (which is also a scrapper/chopper.)

**A hand griddle is used to chop up food while cooking, and they have never said no to the request or even hinted that it was annoying Untill The last time I tried to order.

The casheir refused to take the order, claiming that they were almost closed and didn't have time to chop it. So I said okay, SORRY and I left. That was about 3 months ago.

Today my husband and I tried to order some fried rice and the same casheir directly identified my husband as the person who was annoyingly making this order. Like she told him no before.

She must have forgotten she said the only reason was because they were closing soon.

Then she proceeded to rudely give us every excuse why this could not be done today. So again we left.

Like half of us never worked in a kitchen. And couldn't tell she was lying.

Also I had no idea that the meat was precooked and precut days before. So thank you for letting...

They have no respect for food. We ordered vegetarian Pad Thai. It was undercooked and had only 2 pieces of tofu.

When I asked about it they said they cooked the noodles well and that’s how it should be. I told them my young kid feels it is undercooked but the lady was adamant that the noodles are cooked.

Regarding the tofu pieces, the reply I got was the number of pieces should be about 2-5. This is a lie. We have had the same food couple of times before and we always got a lot of tofu pieces (more than 5).

The person was quite rude and throwed the food in the trash in front of me and then returned the money for the item.

In times like today when the food is scarce and prices are too high, to me her throwing the food in the garbage was too harsh and rude. She could have just said sorry or offered more tofu pieces instead she grabbed the food from my hand and dumped it in the garbage.

Disappointed...

This is the worst place to eat. I Ordered 2 fried rice and 3 chicken wings. he told me that it's $34.9, he purposely keyed in $64.9 on the P O.S machine and hurriedly went inside the shop, He was thinking am going to swipe my card without looking. I waited for him to be back and I asked him why the amount and he quickly changed it without saying sorry..please guys watch out. .This is not the first time.. My son ordered fried rice and shrimps and beef, They put only crumbs of beef and they charge him for both shrimps and beef .He found out after he got home and when he called them. They said that they ran out, yet they charged him for both shrimps and beef .I can never order...
