Ricky Lee's Da Bomb Diner — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

Went in for a burger and fries place was very clean and regulars knew what they wanted which is a good sign. Waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable but when it was time to get my order the cook put it on a chair where she easily knocked it on the floor. Was in a hurry and couldn't wait around for another but the sincerity and her willingness to replace my order makes me know I'll go back. Good help is hard to find and she definitely puts in the effort. Hope the food is as good as the service. Went back the other day and never again. It was open but when we went in were very rudely told they were closed. Girlfreind needed to use the washroom and was told it was for paying customers only. Told her we were there to be customers but they were closed. She said we could order a cheeseburger or something and when we said ok she said we couldn't because they were closed. I will never even attempt to place an order with this place again after the treatment I received today. I had simply entered into the establishment to ask a question about phoning in a takeout order to which I was yelled at for not wearing a mask and that I would not be acknowledged by any employee and that I had to get out . I replied that I was just checking to confirm if I was able to call in to order and was again yelled at. Meanwhile I was blocked from the door by a elderly woman who had mobility problems and was plainly having a hard time. I had said that I would leave as soon as possible and I would not put any pressure on a lady to hurry up when she was already struggling with her own limitations. Service was fine, the girl at the cash lacked warmth, maybe she was having a bad day. I like the atmosphere, but expected to hear older music due to the theme. The table cloth (cover?)was bubbling up, it needs to be fixed. The whole place was very clean. 5 main choices; subs, poutine, pizza, spaghetti and burgers. BUT, lots of variations of each which was really nice. We had 2 burgers and a small poutine. Total price was $33. The poutine was good but I would not get that specific variation again with the burger meat on it. My burger was excellent, I think it was called The Smoker.
