Subway — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

Staff was friendly and apologetic, so one star for that. At 6PM on a Sunday, not anywhere near closing time how can a Subway have no lettuce? Tim Horton's doesn't run out of cream and sugar and expect to stay open. Also, wanted to get 2 soups, only had enough left for 1 small soup. Who is ordering for this place? Some oddball sauce, or weird ingredient, sure, I can see you running out of it. Lettuce? Seriously, if you serve soups and salads and run out of lettuce, you really screwed up. Went there 3 minutes before closing. Once I noticed it was do close to closing and everything was cleaned and put away I apologized and said I'd return another night. The young lad stopped me and assured me it was no trouble and he'd be happy to make me smth. I felt guilty but he insisted.. He took everything he needed back out and served me without even hinting it was a hassle. Now THATS how you treat customers. I'll now drive out of my way to go to that location...

The open sign is on relatively late on a Friday(22:00), but they had absolutely zero bread left. Flatbread only. Then they try to scrape the remnants of chicken or beef into the flatbread you settled for. Not okay. I said thank you but no thank you and walked out
