First time stopping at this location since we love it everywhere else we go with no issues , so when we walked in we asked the lady at the door if we could use our CAA membership even that we had my 10 year old with us and she told us "sure we could apply it at the end " , we sat down and ordered our food and their kids menu is really confusing since my daugther order her food and we ask how much was for just an extra cheeseburger which she told us $2 per extra item added to a whole kids meal, we proceed to order our food and I ask for a side or veggies which they never arrived, we never had anyone to come or check on our table, by the time we ask for our bill , it came up a $22 charge that we didn't recall and were on the cheeseburgers , she also charged us for the veggies we never got and a couple dips we asked her for and never told us they were $3 each which seems odd since we eat 3 to 4 times at other locations a week and we were never charged for any extra condiment or side sauce, the worst part is that when I told her i had our CAA membership and she didn't apply our 15% discount, which other locations do she told us that because we have a kid we couldn't use the discount which was the breaking point at this time, this place seems a total scam and would advice anyone to ask everything before even ordering, the girl was a total rude teenager that laugh without even caring and didn't even offer an apology about the situation, their not clear at all with the costumers or transparent about their fees. Read moreThis is our go to pizza since we moved from Hamilton mountain to stoney creek. I am very upset about their service this time, we went for birthday celebrations and had given them the cake to put on the plate and bring it when bday girl arrives
No one came to wish like they usually do, cake was still in box and they put it on the table, we thought may be because of the covid it has changed.
I am a huge fan of their nachos but soon realized that they didn’t even put the toppings properly on nachos, very less cheese, very few toppings and chips were too oily. Then the salty pizza came in. We have never been so disappointed with their service and it looked like girl was so in rush. Never coming back to this location, Boston pizza at upper james is just fantastic. I will go to that place even if i have to go an extra mile but won’t return to this place.

Edit : Unfortunately had to visit this restaurant again. Same thing, nothing has improved. This time i took pictures. One more thing. We ordered a vegetarian pizza which came with no tomatoes on it and we were told by their server that pizza does not come with tomatoes when their website or app tells a different story. Had to ask another server to put tomatoes on it.

I was here with about 9 people on the dining side. The service we had was extremely terrible. Two people had ordered food, the rest of us had ordered drinks. It took too long to receive our drinks. Our waitress had asked us if we were okay, we all said yes then never came back after for approx. 40 minutes. One of us had to go to the bar in order to order another beer as our waitress was in a corner both which which seemed to be 3 of her friends.
She had then finally came over to see how we were doing, as we wanted to get some food but when she came back we were disgusted in the service we had and asked for the bill. Took approx. 15 Minutes for us to get our bills and on top of the some were wrong.
Needless to say she did not get a tip from any of us. I understand the was rude but same time you work in customer service and need to earn that as well. When we realized we were not tipping she then had gotten mad about it when it was her own doing.
Please let her know (unsure of her name) but please let her know that tip means "To Insure Prompt service".
I will not be returning to this establishment, nor recommend it to anyone looking for a family dinner. I'm sorry.
