6 weeks ago I sent this email to the manager after the staff took down my contact information and said the manager would call and he never did (got the email address from the Montfort site). Have never received a reply so am sharing here. Ordering out tonight with 10 guests over, so Montfort just lost a $200 order tonight because we'll be getting our Mediterranean elsewhere now.
"Twice now in the last couple months I've ordered on the app only to show up to the restaurant, order not ready, and be told by the employees that the app isn't working right now. Tonight the employees told me to only call to place orders. But then I don't receive any discount points? Also, the website has "order on our app" all over it? Then after waiting 15 minutes for the staff to finish all of the orders of the customers in line tonight before working on ours (which I had placed on the app an hour prior), the employees forgot the add tzatziki on the side and the pitas with our meal. Nothing additional was offered during this order or the last time that our order was not ready. I know the app not working isn't the employees fault, however the owner needs to take some responsibility on getting this fixed and also train their staff on customer service - they should be offering customers something extra on the side (or at least ensuring the order has all items in it) when the error is that of the app/restaurant, not the customer. Extremely disappointed and won't be returning to this restaurant if apologies aren't offered...

I SAW HIM TOSSING ON THE GRILL PAN FRESH CHICKEN AND IN ANOTHER DISH COVERED WAS FULL OF FRESH CHICKEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT WHY HE GAVE ME BURNT CRUMBS WHICH HAD NO PIECES OF CHICKEN AT ALL . THE INIDAN GUY ARRONGANTLY TELLS ME TO LEAVE . I TOLD HIM THAT I CERTAINLY AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR BURNT CRUMBS. I THEN SAW HIM SERVE ANOTHER CUSTOMER HOWEVER THIS TIME THE CUSTOMER WAS A WHITE PERSON HE IMMEDIATELY WENT AND SERVED THE CUSTOMER FROM THE FRESH CHICKEN THAT WAS MADE. IN ADDITION THERE WAS ZERO HYGIENE, HE WAS USING A CLEANING CLOTH TO WIPE HIS EQUIPMENT AND THEN WITH THE SAME UNWASHED HANDS GOES AHEAD TO PREPARE CUSTOMERS FOOD. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY IS RACISM AND DISCRIMINATION SO BOLD IN A PLACE WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE UNBIASED AND TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME. THE EMPLOYEES OF THAT STORE SEEM TO TREAT CUSTOMERS OF THE SAME COLOR AS THEM LIKE GARBAGE WHILE THEY ARE TRYING VERY HARD TO IMPRESS AND SUCK UP TO PEOPLE WHO ARE OF CAUCASIAN DECENT WHICH WAS VERY EVIDENT. I order here with my team every week speding almost $800 a month and the last few times we ordered, we requested extra toppings at extra cost and they would barely put anything extra. When we mentioned this, the emloyee passd the phone to the manager and he came on and litterally said "You do what you want, you want to order here or not that's up to you." All we were asking for is extra toppings when we are paying extra for them.
