Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Grimsby

We have tried 4 times (on 4 different evenings) to place an order through Skip the dishes with this Mr Sub location, and always well before 9:00 pm (our orders are placed by 8:00-8:15 pm) and they keep getting cancelled because no one confirms the order at Mr Sub and when we try to call, no one answers the phone.
