Taco Bell — Restaurant in Grimsby

Terrible experience, Taco Bell was our one of the most favorite restaurants till yesterday! After visited this TacoBell location at Grimsby On. inside the mall, we won’t go back in any Tacobell. Firstly, staff has no courtesy to welcome the customers, all staff are Indian Punjabi. When we entered staff were engaged on iPad, we were waited almost 15 to 20 minutes to order the food. We were patiently waited and than ordered Vegetarian food. Repeated 6to 8 times and clearly mentioned in ENGLISH + HINDI for their better understanding. Food took almost half an hour and instead of veggie they gave Beef on Fries and.Crunch wrap. When we took the food back and ask about it , the staff Gagan who made our order was literally made fun about it and took it as nothing happened, May be this is her routine that’s normal for her. Afterwards, we were getting upset and asked to speak with manager, the lady who took our order named Sharan came and started defending Gagan, and told us to make new order. Sharan Manager was telling us that Gagan the girl who prepared our food is international student, couldn’t speak proper language and all…, instead of teaching her staff and asked her to apologize she was just defending her staff. We never had this worst and horrible experience in last 20 years. Just shared our experience so everyone who will go there be aware about this. Hope the store will take sometime and train their staff especially on how to behave...

Please be careful when ordering at this restaurant,and check your order before you leave. When we went into Taco Bell to order one combo of the $7.99 soft taco combo with an upgraded taco supreme from regular fries and six extra soft taco where two had no lettuce... we ended up getting a poutine and all tacos with lettuce.

This is after repeating the order twice to the cashier and another employee coming over and listening to the order being taken.

The customer before us had the same issue with getting the wrong items in her order. She called the manager over and everyone just looked up at the menu and the customer ended up walking away.

We live 15 minutes from the restaurant, so I called and no one answered (could have been closed by time we got home), but there was no answering machine. All I got was continued ringing.

Granted we should have checked the bag before leaving the restaurant.... thing is we shouldn’t have to after even trying to order the items we did and all the help the cashier got.

Not very impressed with the service. Please watch out when ordering here. Not a good thing when the customer before us ends up walking away and what happened to us.

People need to know what they are getting at Taco Bell. This isn’t gourmet, this is fast food at its core - below the other chains generally. Regardless we still go just hoping to get that crave of something tacolicious but always come out disappointed.

I realized taking good pictures that are real and not enhanced like other reviewers is very difficult when it comes to Taco Bell. I tried my best.

Service was actually good. People were polite and my order was correct. Price for your food is just a ripoff. For two meals it hit us at close to $30. You’re not getting even McDonald’s quality here.

My tacos were prepared below average. Very little toppings. The fries supreme are just getting worse. A few years ago they got rid of the green onion and replaced it was some green onion like flakes. They don’t even have that anymore. The Doritos tacos crumble - stick with the original. The lack of toppings on my fries supreme was embarrassing. It was about a fork full of toppings.
