I reluctantly give this bar burrito location one star because zero stars is not an option. I went to this location at 8pm tonight to grab some quick dinner. After 30 minutes waiting for my food I left with burnt quesadillas and a falling apart burrito. My boyfriend and I ordered quesadillas first and the young man who was serving us did not seem thrilled we were there. I ordered my burrito next and was told he only had enough pulled pork for one small burrito and no more. He used the last of the chipotle sauce on my burrito and was told he did not have any more. My boyfriend said he would need more for his tacos and the guy told us it would be at least 5 minutes to make more, we said that was fine. The young man turned around and went to the back and immediately came back with the chipotle sauce.... keep in mind the quesadillas have been on the burner this whole time. Next my boyfriend ordered tacos because he had points on his card for free tacos. He was not allowed to get pulled pork because the young man said no more for the night...at 8pm. So he got 3 steak tacos. He also asked for a side of chipotle sauce and pickled jalapenos. The young man packaged up regular jalapenos and my boyfriend said "oh sorry I wanted pickled" the young man took a big breathe grabbed the side of regular jalapenos and threw them across the back counter at the garbage, huffed and got the pickled jalapenos. At this time we felt like our order was just a massive pain for this young man to deal with and we felt like he wanted us to leave. When we paid we were told his computer system didn't know our phone number and we would not be receiving any points or getting our free tacos because his manager is out of town. So I paid the $37 for our meal. When we got home the quesadillas were so burnt a steak knife couldn't even cut them and we couldn't enjoy any part of our meal. We had spent 30 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we left for our "quick" meal. There was also a young girl working who was cleaning dishes and looked like she was trying to close up shop while a line of 5 other people came in behind us yet she wouldn't help the young man. I will never go back go this location and the young man seving us definitely needs some training on...

I gave 2 stars because I have had good food here in the past. However I was disappointed with my order today. I placed my order for pick up online. Got the chicken quesadilla, crunchy chicken sandwich, 2 extreme fries and 2 oreo churros. My quesadilla was very burnt black on one side and smells like nothing but burnt tortilla, the chicken sandwich had very dry chicken, the extreme fries were good except they didn't add the ancho chipotle sauce I requested to be added on nor was it on the side, both orders of oreo churros were missing the chocolate sauce which their website says comes with them. It really sucks when you want to treat yourself to an expensive lunch and are left as disappointed as my husband and I were today. Waste of $43 I should have just...

I’ll be honest — I had a bad experience at this location once before, so I was hesitant to go back. But I gave it another shot two days ago… and I’m so glad I did. Everything was on point: the meat and veggies were super fresh, the service was fast, and the overall vibe was way better. I asked for an extra scoop of pineapple salsa (my fave), and the guy working there generously gave me two extra scoops. Total legend. I forgot to ask his name, but he was really cute and had such a chill, charming personality. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. Honestly, he made the whole experience better.
