Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Guelph

Had a bad experience tonight. We had a large order of 2 deep dish pizzas, 2 crazy bread, Italian cheese bread and wings. When I got there to pick up the order I repeated the order to the gentleman. And he said "o a pound of wings? I thought you wanted a pound of sauce". So I had to wait for the wings to be made after my order was already ready. The we he finally hands me my order,there was only one deep dish. I wanted a deep dish supreme and a deep dish pepperoni. He thought I said add pepperoni to my supreme. I said no big deal because its between 4-8pm so you have the pepperoni deep dish ones in the hot and ready...but nope they didnt have any ready so now I have to leave here with a normal hot and ready and some very unhappy kids. I wont be going back to this location o and even after all the mess ups, I had to pay for the pepperoni...

I was just here on July 11/23 at 4:53pm. The young lady behind the counter greatest me right way. She was friendly, smiling and very polite and repeated my order make sure it was correct. As I was placing my order and trying to pay a Skip The Dishes driver came in and just held up his phone. Due to the lady still taking care of me he started pointing at his phone and putting it closer to her. She said sir you are going to have to wait a moment but I will be right with you. I commend her for her service. The Skip driver's I've had the unfortunate time to see in Guelph are pushy and disrespectful to other customers that are in the restaurant's. Low quality and overpriced. Had this location a bit ago, thought the pizza was pretty good! Once ownership changed, everything went downhill. The amount of cheese and sauce on a made pizza feels like they are trying to price control, and my pizza came looking a tad off and smelled funny. In terms of taste it was VERY mediocre, doughy, and not enough toppings or sauce. I'm not sure more toppings or sauce would've helped as the base of the pizza seemed old.
