Went 04/14/21, order # 45. I was super excited to try out this place after seeing all the ads and the rating for this place. The experience took roughly 50 minutes from walking in to walking out. They did apologize afterwards explaining they were busy with online and delivery orders, however, a heads up in advance would've been much appreciated.

I ordered a cheeseburger, with onion rings and a chocolate shake. The cheeseburger could have been amazing however the patty was extremely overcooked, dry, tasteless and overall horrific. The toppings and bun did seem good quality however. The chocolate shake did taste great, however it was completely melted or just extremely liquid when I received it and was about 40% whipped cream which was disappointing. As well I ordered onion rings, and received fries. However, they quickly corrected that which was appreciated. The fries were tasteless and cold, though they did have a good texture. The onion rings were fairly good, probably one of the better onion rings I've had before. ' All in all, staff were friendly, there is great potential in the food, however it was an extremely frustrating and disappointing first experience, especially considering the wait time. I came to this Burger Factory Guelph location through a friend's recommendation and I am so glad I did! The menu prices were so affordable for the huge food portions you would get and the variety of food items you can order in one place. I was blown away by the flavours in their burgers, you can tell they used great quality ingredients in their products and it tastes freshly made, I can definitely say it's way better than frozen burger patties. Plus the side order of fresh cut fries were crispy when you bite into them, as fries should be. The kitchen crew obviously knows how to make excellent meals and they are highly skilled at what they do. The whole meal left me highly satisfied and my tummy happily full. The overall service was an amazing one with friendly staff and it's also a great place to unwind with friends while enjoying delicious meals together.

I will definitely come back to Burger Factory in Guelph on my next visit to try more of their menu items! I have my eyes on their funnel cake with strawberries, ice cream and whipped cream, the pictures of it looks so delicious and mouthwatering. I can't wait to go back there and eat it! I have a good feeling that the funnel cake will deliver a satisfying fullest to my sugar cravings with each and every bite of it! I am looking forward to it!
