Horrible. I order on the app and indicate that I will be picking up in the drive through and the race is on! No lag time, the order goes straight through, unlike some apps where the food preparation begins when you are a certain distance from the restaurant. Let's call this a minor annoyance.
Arrive at BK and tell them that we ordered ahead on the app. They ask for the order number and my order pops up on the screen...normal. The attendant then asks me to repeat everything I ordered?!?!?! What is the point of ordering ahead on the app??? Next, I pull up to the window and they bring the drinks, we wait for a few minutes and they ask us to pull into a parking space because they are waiting on 4 items. Fine, we pull into a spot and wait...and wait...and continue waiting.
At least 10 minutes pass, 3 hungry kids in the van and a restless puppy, my blood is at a simmer and finally the food arrives! The attendant apologizes. I say nothing, fending off the urge to point out how how counter intuitive this process has been in light of my ordering ahead and we leave.
Oh yeah, the order was completely botched. Wife's burger had no cheese, no jalapeño poppers, kids burger had condiments they did not want. Did I go back to complain? How long would that have taken?

Read moreIf I could give it a one star, I would. We went through and ordered about 40$ worth of food. We paid and were asked to pull up to wait for our order, we gladly did. She came out and handed us two big bags and our drinks and we left. When we got home we realized they didnt even give us one of our burger combos. We called to let them know that we were missing a combo, the lady was very rude but offered to put is on a "list" or something so when we came back next we could receive or missing items. So we come back about a week later, went through the drive thru and was told our name wasnt even on a list or anything, after fighting with her for about a handful of minutes, they finally found our name and we could receive what we needed replaced. I had also ordered a salad -- no bacon because I cant eat it, and then two more combos. I swear I shouldnt have to check my order before I leave this place everytime, the combo they said they would replace was missing the fries and the drink, and the salad was covered in bacon, I spent more time picking out bacon then I did eating the thing, the lettuce was wet and overall unpleasant. Read moreAbsolutely disgusting, filthy restaurant. 3 of us went in, teenage female had to go to the washroom, to the point of really needing to. She went in the washroom and came out and said, the washroom is so gross I cannot use it, this person uses public washrooms other places.
Other teenager went in men’s washroom and commented how disgusting that one was before even hearing comment from other guest. Can only imagine the kitchen.
Flies, sticky stuff, smells
Stood at counter for a few minutes, workers looked at us and looked away. There were 4 employees. We were the only people in there despite one table of 2 guests eating.
The drive thru was semi busy. It was 9pm.
The poor service, disgusting washroom, franchise was operated 100% by people who moved to the country…It all started to indicate a serious lack of customer service and health standards. We eventually walked out. I am proud to have.
Ontario food franchises are going downhill, I will make a point of not eating at these tainted establishments. Enough is enough. I urge others to walk out when these factors align.
