Nice,clean place. But I went for Chicken Sandwich & price advertised was not price on cash register. The young cashier said she had to check with manager and manager refused to honor price advertised on displayed menu. So, on principle ,I refused to pay a higher price than what was advertised (obviously displayed on large wall menu). I will be happy to pay the higher price,if that is what is advertised, but please don't expect customer to pay higher price than what is advertised. If you raise your price,but continue to advertise the lower price on your permanent wall menu,that is your problem,not the customers. While the food may be good, I may or may not return to do business,where management supports unethical practice. This is at Woodlawn location. Just ordered fries from them because I saw everything was shut down and they started closing. No greetings or anything when I entered. After waiting a girl came up to take my order. I ordered a large fries and the girl who was taking my order delegated to drop a medium fries in the fryer. After listening to the medium fry thing I repeatedly said I need the whole batch fresh not just medium fry quantity fresh and the rest soggy ones. The disappointment began when I opened the large fry box with one-fourth box empty. I went there and asked Anmol (the girl who was taking the order) that this is not a large fry. 100% honest review. I have given this Popeyes location 2 chances. Both times going here the food was literally garbage. First time I went at night, second time I went here at 4 in the evening. I just used to like the delta minis, so I ordered a couple and the chicken inside was literally hard and chewy. I can’t even chew it. I hope they don’t send this kind of chicken out the door with all their customers. I was hoping the second time going back I would be able to leave a positive review but the food was garbage.
