Sweetea dunks on every other milk tea place In Guelph, it is miles clear of anything by FAR. During my visit to Sweetea, Francis's exceptional service stood out. From the start, his professionalism and warmth were evident. He guided me through the menu with insightful recommendations, showcasing his deep knowledge and passion for tea. Francis's attentiveness was impeccable; he anticipated my needs and ensured my comfort throughout. His ability to engage with customers and share fascinating tea anecdotes added a special touch to my experience. Francis's blend of charisma, expertise, and attentiveness made my visit truly outstanding. He is a valuable asset to Sweetea, and I look forward to returning for another excellent experience. After a long afternoon of shopping I needed a cozy hug. I got this in the form of a glowing smile from staff the moment my adult-kids and I walked into the store in Sept 2025! I felt welcome and at home. The hot chai I got soothed my aching being while the mango smoothie with watermelon exploding balls and yaro tea with boba were scrumptious!! Oh and we split a giant dark chocolate chip cookie while playing ‘connect 4’at our table because - yea they have tables and board games too! (The bathrooms on this day were spotless too. And accessible!) Grateful for a pleasant retreat from a days excursions. Thank you!! PS- dare I say that the other patrons were lovely too. We saw regulars (staff greeted them by name,) and much diversity and inclusion!...

This is definitely one of my favourite places for a refreshing treat. My family and I come at least once a week because the food and drinks are amazing! The staff here are very friendly and always go above and beyond. Sometimes there is a long wait but it is always worth the wait! The drink options are endless and there are so many ways to customize your drinks. Whether you want it less sweet or with fruit jellies, the choice is all yours and I have never had any drinks made wrong. The banh mi sandwiches are also amazing and they’re freshly made to order (so delicious!) I always purchase an extra sandwich because trust me... you won’t want to share it. 10/10 I would highly recommend checking out Sweetea, they have never disappointed me...
