I am SUPER particular about customer service and the quality of the products I purchase. My wife and I stopped in to try Quesada for the first time tonight. I picked the cod tacos and my wife picked spicy chicken burrito. I LOVED my tacos! When I looked at my wife to tell her how excellent my tacos are, I noticed she had this very displeased look on her face. I asked her if there was something wrong with the food, she looked at me and said she did not care for her burrito at all. I found this surprising, since my wife is not a picky eater. I asked my wife if she wanted to have me speak to the manager about it, but she didn't want to make a fuss. I on the other hand, refuse to stand by and pay good money for something that is not going to be a good experience. I signalled over to the manager behind the counter and he came right over. I explained to him that my wife did not care for her burrito, before I could say another word, the manager expressed what was a truly sincere apology. He asked what he could do to make it right, so I asked him to get my wife an order of the cod tacos, as I had in front of me (even though I was quickly devouring them). Without missing a beat, the manager assured my wife and I that he was going make it right and it was their policy to see that their customers are 100% satisfied. My wife had a fresh plate of tacos in front of her in no time at all and this very kind, very sincere manager asked if there was anything else he could get us. This is an example of what SUPERIOR customer service. Fred (who I believe is the manager) took what could have been a negative experience and he turned it into a positive one. Two last points I would like to make: 1: The burrito not being good, is more related to the combination of toppings my wife chose, not the quality of the food. 2: If for some reason Fred is not the manager, I hope the owners recognize his efforts and his value and promote him right away. Service like what he provided to us will keep people...

Read moreJust ate a flame grilled chicken burrito, with chips and salsa on the side
Burrito fell apart in my hands while eating was rolled in a way that all toppings were separate from one another. Whoever assembled the burrito put on far too much lettuce, pickled onions and cilantro. While having almost no rice, beans or chicken (Was a total of 6oz of chicken in my burrito. I weighed the meat) aside from the bad ingredient proportions, entire burrito was boring and disappointing. 2/10
Chips and salsa (medium) was a bland mess. Just by its look and smell you can tell the only ingredients the “chef” put in were tomatillos, cilantro and lime juice. The salsa had no heat, no body and an over whelming lack of flavour. 0/10.
Was an overall disappointing meal. Hope they step...
