Go to Sunset Grill for the breakfast. We went on a weekend, it was very busy; capacity is about 100 people, and it's the only superb sit down option for breakfast. It's very popular so it may take you a minute to get seated during the busy hours. We waited 10 to 15 mins or so - no complaints there.
My girlfriend had a Western Omelette, and I had eggs, bacon, sausage, and french toast. The fare is standard breakfast fare, and is similar to many breakfast places you've probably been to. Nothing extraordinary on the menu, but everything they have seems to be done right. Also noticed lunch menu items, but have yet to try them.
The ambiance is a touch loud, since the room is quite open. This gives the restaurant a lively atmosphere; good to wake you up in the morning, mediocre for great conversation. The manager has dressed the place up nicely (notice the menu over the kitchen). It works for the restaurant.
Service was quick. Our waitress took our order quickly. Kudos to the owner for incorporating an electronic ordering system; there's almost no chance they'll get your order wrong. We were served promptly, the coffee was kept topped up, and the waitress had the bill in her pocket when I asked for it.
Cost was standard of a breakfast place of similar type. No complaints there.
