Yesterday we ordered godzilla deal for pickup that is around $30, I went to pick it up and paid. When I got home and realized that I was charged $47.44. My bf called the place to let them know they had overcharged us, the person he spoke with “massoud” promised us that we can come tmrw with our electronic bank charge with the date for the refund since it was already pretty late and he mentioned that he will leave a note for the person who working next day.
We come in the following day, tell the worker the situation and he refuses to refund us and finds excuses to try to get away with it. I got frustrated and rose my voice explaining the situation without any disrespectful word. This worker (massoud’s brother) started swearing profusely, said racist remarks calling me a “stupid chinese”, OVER $18. I was completely shocked, we left and came back 5min later to talk to him with logic: “1. We have been ordering from here for a long time, we’ve spent hundreds of dollars, my family, friends and everyone all go to this location. And I’ve told them the situation and they have agreed to not go there anymore I will be leaving a very bad review stating that we were subjected to verbal abuse, overcharging, and racism.” Then he said “i will punch you in the face if you don’t leave right now”. We have called police for such threatening, racisms and violent behaviors, because not only they stole from us, refused to fix it and even worse verbally abused me with racist comments, and threatening my bf with violence. Read moreI've ordered from Twice the deal a couple times in the past and have never really experienced anything that bad. They have cheap pizza, its not the best in town, but hey, its cheap. However, today I ordered a large 3 topping pizza and I couldn't believe what happened. First of all, they told me it would take 40-45 minutes to arrive. After waiting for an hour I called to ask if they were on their way. I was told it would take 2 or 3 more minutes for the driver to deliver it. It ended up taking about an hour and a half after ordering it for it to arrive. I've had things take long before and I didn't really mind. This time though, I was paying with cash. the pizza came to $15.50. I gave him a twenty assuming he'd give me change. he started to walk away and as he was turning he asked "are we good?" Normally i'd give a better tip, but the guy took twice as long to get here as they said and he was being pretty rude. So I asked for $3 back, giving him a $1.50 tip. From a meter away, the guy grabbed the change from his pocket and tossed it at me, turning back to his care and taking off before the change had even landed. I couldn't believe it. I've never experienced anything like that before. And finally to top it all off, when I opened the pizza box, it was completely burnt. Also, I asked for root beer and they brought me pepsi. Again, normally I don't get upset about little things like that, but the service and attitude of the delivery driver shocked me. I will never buy pizza from Twice...
Read moreLast time we ordered we got really good service. But, maybe they were busy but instead of the XL pizza we ordered we got a medium instead. The guy on the phone was nice and offered to give us a free large for our next order which was fine by me! A nice little bit of extra value for the trouble, and handled quickly and professionally.
We hold onto this offer for a week, planning to order some pizza to celebrate the end of Summer exams... I just called now to place an order for our free pizza and to buy some wings and other stuff, but we got somebody else on the phone. There's apparently no credit on record, and they won't honor the deal anymore.
They offered $5 off the order, but we declined, and ordered somewhere else instead. The difference in offers wasn't huge, but doubling back on your customer service is a sure-fire way to lose clients.
