Customer Service is AWFUL! I have been to this store several times before for the variety of items they stock. That said, I know this place is pretty expensive compared to typical grocery stores. I was at this store today and saw they sold sweet potato chips. I took quarter bag of chips and ate half a piece out of my bag. A staff yelled right at me "No Sampling"- I tried to explain to her that I had no habit of snacking and was going to buy a bag of items and wanted to try one HALF of a CHIP. She could have politely explained me of Bulk Barn policy that we should check with staff to try something- which I would have respected but in turn she responded very rudely. I paid for the one half of the sweet potato chip - 20 cents (I mentioned this place is EXPENSIVE) !!

I paid $500 upfront for a boxes of sprinkles for my business two weeks ago and I came today to pick up my order because nobody called me to inform me that my order has arrived. The lady Taylor was very rude and passive aggressive towards me as I was trying to understand why they don’t have my order which I paid $500 for 2 weeks ago. She was referring to me very aggressively as her hun and sweetheart and when I told her not to call me that she became very aggressive and started to yell at me and told me to leave the store.
