Great prices and wonderful staff ONLY if your item is in stock and in store and you can walk out with your item. Take it from me, if they tell you your items needs to be shipped, do yourself a favor and walk out the door. My husband and I ordered 3 items from them in August and they told us it would be delivered in mid October, which was okay with us. They did not keep us updated with our order and every time we call, we are told "today or tomorrow". We finally got a call about 2 of the items last week (mid November), oh it doesn't end there.. The delivery company was supposed to call us, and after waiting 1 week for a call, the store told me "oh they are a pain to deal with, just deal with them yourself" and gave me their phone number. After I called the delivery company, i was told THEY DID NOT HAVE MY ORDER. After calling the store, and delivery company back and forth, they finally "located" it and delivered it next day. The most ridiculous customer service i have ever had to deal with. To top it all off, we are still waiting on our Dinning room table which we were told was going to arrive today (purchased in August, promised a OCtober delivery), but funny enough, a IKEA truck arrived at the store and not the Structube truck....?!?!?! so we are still without a dinning room table.. not to worry, we were promised, AGAIN, that it will be here, TODAY OR TOMORROW. what a roller coaster ride with this store. will never be purchasing ever again. need to hire people with some customer service or include a...
Read moreOrdered a cove chair on the 1st of June. At the time, it would've been back in stock later in the month. Had to pay upfront to reserve the item. As of July 21, I have yet to receive it. I'm very close to assume my money was stolen.
Every week that passes, the item gets "delayed" an additional week. Incredibly deceptive and exacerbating. My old chair needs replacing NOW, but I can't buy a different one because I already spent money on their chair. I'm stuck waiting in Limbo.
Customer service is adverse and useless - "It will be back in stock on July 7" and "We are experiencing delays ". I don't think the customer service knows the company it represents. They are completely detached and talking to them is like running in quicksand.
If I had to buy something at Structube again, I'd make sure the item is in stock. However, I don't think I will shop there again, even if I receive that...
Read moreWe purchased the Leah sofa in June of 2022 and have had nothing but problems with it since. The fabric pills, the seam in the pillows have come undone, and most recently one of the legs on the couch snapped when my husband sat on it (luckily he was not holding our 8 m/o baby).
When trying to contact support, we were referred back to the Bayers Lake location and the customer support team refused to issue an exchange, credit, or refund and instead continued to only offer a replacement leg. The quality of the couch is very questionable, and has now become a safety concern for my family. As this is the only couch we own, we currently have the couch stacked up on a pile of books so one of us can sit on it at a time as we continue to wait for the Bayers Lake location to address the problem (it's been over a week).
