Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Halifax

Ordered Dominos twice at Parkland, each time was a disappointment but today was by far the worse. On April 29,2020 I ordered (2) Medium pizzas for 7.99 each at 7:54PM and arrived at 8:05PM to pick up my pizza. I called to confirm that I was at the location to pick up my pizza and they said it will be out. As I waited patiently, I seen others arrive and collect their orders. At 8:35PM I called again and they finally brought out my pizza a couple minutes later. Unfortunately both pizzas were cold and one was undercooked. They said they would put only one back in the oven while the other one remained cold. I would of stayed if they offered complimentary service for waiting so long. It was 8:45PM and I told them that I waited long enough and had to order elsewhere. Another time I ordered at approx 11pm, I did not even receive my pizza for 2 and a half hours. I forgot my cellphone at home and did not know that I had to call to pickup my pizza from inside so I waited outside with my car bright LED lights that were beaming from inside. I waited outside for 40 minutes, walked up to the door and the man sitting there seen me and smiled I then knocked quietly on the door and still nobody assisted me. I felt like I had to get on my knees to beg for my pizza so I left upset and hungry. I went home and called Dominos, I did receive a complimentary pizza but i had to wait 2 and a half hours from when I first called to place an order. Anyways if you ever have trouble ordering at this location, try Novelea Drive, excellent service.. always fresh...

Hi my name is Dennis and I'm writing to say that the driver I'm not considerate and where I'm in a wheelchair they block curb cuts so I can't access my building and they get upset with me I'm going to ask them to move their car and they block me by holding the door so I can't get into the building they tell me that they don't have to move because they're delivery guys and they get different rules the guy was quite verbal with me and disrespecting me and telling me that I am wrong and the guy should get reassessed for his driving and I find that a lot of Domino's Pizza drivers are root nauseous and don't care about others and they drive unsafe when you have the door closed where I'm in a power chair he didn't really hurt my leg and he's telling me it's my problem if you support me I wouldn't buy from Domino's until they fix...

This shop is a local business run by genuine and honest sellers. The prices are reasonable. Today, I bought two medium-sized pizzas with cheese filling for $34, and the taste was very authentic. I highly recommend it!

I want to warn everyone not to buy pizza from the store at 6024 Quinpool Rd, Halifax. The Indian-owned shop there is very untrustworthy. They charged $61 for two identical pizzas. I argued with them for a long time before they reduced the price from $29 to $25.05 for one pizza.

There's also an even worse Indian-owned pizza place, which is Pizza Hut. Their pizzas use subpar cheese. When you don’t finish the pizza and reheat it, the cheese becomes rubbery and inedible. I don’t understand how the provincial food safety authority allows Indians to get away with...
