Harvey's — Restaurant in Halifax

I just went to Harveys to get a wrap that I always eat. This time it was so spicy that we had to go back to the restaurant to return it at night. When we went to the drive through we were talking to one guy in specs and while talking some guy from behind with tattoo on his hand came and started asking about the order and started fighting with us over the sauces. Kept on arguing and also brought the sauces to ask us difference between the two sauces. He fought over this issue so much that it was very disappointing too se such staff like this and they were saying they are the supervisor so how can people like this who doesn’t even know how to talk can manage a restaurant. Funny part is when we ask them their names they couldn’t even give that knowing how wrong they were.

Hire some people who knows how to talk and can give customers good service instead of dissatisfaction and disappointment.

At least have basic manners and know how to treat others...

Could have been alot better. The automated door for wheelchair access was turned off. And the width and slope of the sidewalk made it nearly impossible to enter were it not for the assistance of another patron. The manager offered an apolog but nothing else, not even that it would not happen again.

The glass panel counter where food is prepared made it impossible for the server to hear my wife from her lower height in her wheel chair and despite that she was obviously speaking the server kept looking at me, waiting for me to relay every word my wife spoke. The side salad I ordered tasted as though it had spent too long in the fridge. The tomato and cucumber were nearly liquid on the inside.

The Angus Burgers were very good however and were the reasoning behind the seconomy star. Without that this would have been one of the worst dining experiences I have had in...

We entered the restaurant to a big smile from Jagroop. She was so friendly and welcoming. She took our order and made sure it was correct. She asked for discount and points cards. She was the best service I've received in a fast food restaurant in a long time. ❤️

A new girl was in training, she placed the toppings on our burgers, she was very precise and accurate. Friendly as well.

The food was great, fries were hot and the blueberry pie was delicious!

The place was very clean and the staff were cleaning the whole time we were there.

One thing that keeps me coming back is the pop machine is still self serve. As a diabetic I like to know I'm getting the right drink AND...
