This place has been hit or miss with me. Service inside is definitely better than drive thru. One or two mistakes I’m ok with, but I have had fewer accurate orders than those with mistakes…and the drive thru has never been busy when I have gone, so I can’t even justify it with that reason. I like their cookies (quite large so usually save half for later) but I tried their new chicken caesar wrap for $8.50 and not worth it. There is so little chicken filling and is mainly tortilla, it is actually two tortillas, a smaller one (maybe to add bulk?) that holds the filling and that is engulfed by a much larger green wrap. I was able to tear off, what equated to, half of the outer tortilla wrap and it still “wrapped” the filling....

I am a fussy coffee drinker and don't often buy outside the two or three shops that make it exactly to my taste. I made my purchase and requested 1 shot of espresso, as I prefer a smooth drink. The server was busy explaining how the headset for the drive through worked to another server, so I had to wait to be served. (I was the only customer left to be served). Read moreAs much as I love Second Cup, I find the drive thru to be a net negative for this location. Specialty drinks take time to prepare. This means in-store customers wait longer for service during peak hours, and drive thru customers spend too long idle in their cars. If Second Cup is truly committed to "clean", perhaps they should consider limiting the drive thru menu to ready-made goods and drip coffee? Better yet, let us be thru with...
