Worst Subway location I've ever been to. I've visited subway in 8 countries and none has been as bad as this 🙈
First off, the manager (Indian woman) was rude, ignorant and blatantly refused to fix the problem she admitted causing. According to her, it was MY JOB to tell her to put stickers on each of the 7 orders we got. We ordered 7 meals, all wrapped separately since they were all different. But there was no way of telling them apart and due to allergies noone was able to eat any of the food. $45 in the garbage accompanied with terrible service. As if that wasn't enough, one of the sandwiches that was supposed to have chicken & cheese, doesn't have either. It's basically an all vegetable sandwich. None of us would eat this mess and we threw it all away. It's not worth getting sick over and it looks absolutely disgusting since we had to "dig" into the sandwiches to see if we could find the cheese or meat so MAYBE we could distinguish which was which - but it was impossible. There is no trace of cheese on ANY of them, even though half were supposed to have it and the other half is allergic to cheese so they couldn't risk eating it. The non-allergencis wasn't going to eat in front of the rest so noone ate. Plus like I said, noone wanted to eat it after we were done digging in it anyways.
Not only will we NOT be coming back here, but my entire business is to review local companies and THIS is not how you treat your customers. Disgusted by the managers attitude and we will be ordering elsewhere...
Read moreWent there and picked up some lunch for my son & I today, 20 AUG/19. Servers looked less-than-thrilled to be there, which is somewhat normal and understandable, but just as I was paying, some younger guys at a nearby booth started playing music loudly from their mobile devices, which is fine, if a bit intrusive. While I was getting my debit card to pay, the staff member, some upper-middle-age appearing woman, said to me quite clearly "I feel like grabbing someone by the neck right about now, I'll tell ya", or words to that effect, seemingly in response to the same nearby loud music. I told her more or less what I'm saying now: annoyed as you may be with your job and your surroundings, you cannot say things like that while on the job working in a customer service capacity, especially to or in front of paying customers. I get that there's a certain, distinct corporate culture which exists in a fast-food service environment, but I know that if I said something like that to one of my customers during the course of my day-to-day job duties, I'd likely be unemployed by day's end.
No one's forcing her to work...
Read moreSub was barely toasted, very floppy and I get these same ingredients at Tanners across the street and sub is always presently more full and look more delicious.
They had what looked like pre-measured scoops, maybe a tablespoon of cheese added to sub and other ingredients which just does not feel like the subway I used to know and love, this is the first time at subway that I’m going to go home and add more toppings and toast it myself.
How can they get away with charging so much for this quality when you can go to Tanners and get a deal for 6$ for a pop and cookies when I got just this sub and it was around 6$/7$ in itself and not even nearly as good in quality.
We had also gotten a breakfast sandwich which was not the greatest either, but wasn’t too much to really complain about just very much ‘bluh’.
Only reason I gave in instead of going to Tanners across the street was because I had a gift card from...
