Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Halifax

This Tim Horton's provides the same food service as any other location, which I will admit is decent. However, the service there is not what you would want when choosing a place to order. The entire staff seems to be very impolite and annoyed when you are ordering and then often do not provide items on the menu. The employees will argue and yell at each other in front of customers. In the Tim Hortons app, I have ordered a London Fog more than three times, and every time, they tell me they cannot make them. They then gave me an earl grey tea in substitution. As a barista, I know that all you need to make a London Fog is steamed milk, tea, and sweetener. These are all services that they can provide, but they choose not to probably because it requires extra work. The only saving grace of this establishment is the convenience of the location and that one guy there who seems like he actually cares about the service...

There’s no way this Tims would stay open if it weren’t for the convenience of location. Workers are at best indifferent to you and often straight up rude. I waited over half an hour for a mobile order (breakfast wrap, iced capp, and a cookie) this morning, many people who placed their order after mine received food before I did. When I told the employee I’d been waiting a while he told me they were working on it without offering any apology or explanation.

Food is otherwise standard for a Tim Hortons; however, they are often out of things and don’t advertise that in any way, they wait until you try to order it to say they...

Short male Indian employee suggested I “join” him in the washroom and gave me a wink and said I look like I’m packing a big load. Very disturbed will not be back. Tim Hortons get it together. I’m extremely disappointed that when the manager was notified of the situation they suggested I join Them and the short Indian employee at their apartment later that night.
