My daily dose of sanity in a chaotic world! Let me paint the scene: It’s 4:37 PM. My brain is fried from hours of intense lectures. I’ve written notes in three languages, my eyes are twitching from too much screen time, and I’m dangerously close to turning into a caffeine-deprived zombie. And then… I arrive here. My oasis. My happy place. The one spot where I can breathe, sip, snack, and not feel like the world is out to get me.

Every break is sacred — and this place makes every single one count. I’m not kidding, I schedule my day around my visit. Exams? Important. Group projects? Stressful. But my coffee stop? Essential for survival. You can’t write a 2,000-word essay on an empty stomach and a dry soul. That’s why I trust this place to recharge both.

Now let’s talk about Too Good To Go. What a genius invention! I got a box of samosas so good I nearly cried. Crunchy, flavorful, and possibly blessed by the food gods. Paired with their legendary vanilla latte (which I’ve now mentally ranked above some family members in importance), and it’s heaven.

Also, the staff? 10/10. Friendly, fast, and never judge me for showing up looking like I lost a fight with my textbooks. I always leave smiling, caffeinated, and full of hope — or at least with enough energy to face the next class.

First of all the customers should understand the pain of the barista behind the bar. The second cup in the Killam library is not an express coffee shop like tims where you press a button for a latte to serve you in 1 minute. This is a cafè in library with student crowd so if you’re visiting the cafè in your breaks, it’s break for almost 1000 people. Imagine getting 15drinks queue in a minute, where you have to wash and clean the pitcher ,blender and espresso machine after each drink. So please if possible think twice before raising a complaint. If you're looking for a hot drink, whether a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or delicious chi latte (best in town) and a treat (great cookies and muffins), you won't be disappointed. The staff is always friendly and ready to serve. The coffee and drinks are a little on the expensive side (about the same as Starbucks) compared to Tim's, but definitely better quality with the diff in price.
