Really poor experience at this Tim Hortons, my mother in law and I went through their drive through, ordered a French vanilla, an iced Capp, a Cinnamon French toast bagel and a egg bacon and sausage on a biscuit, but when we got to the window, he handed us our drinks but didn’t get our bagel or breakfast sandwich that we wanted, and kept just right yelling at us saying he doesn’t know what that is, and we kept telling him that it’s right there on their menu a Egg bacon and sausage breakfast sandwich on a biscuit, and kept telling us they don’t have that but keep in mind we order it all of the time!!! So then he was like ohhhh okay so a biscuit sandwich! He hands us a Tim hortons bag with just a biscuit into it! No egg no bacon no cheese and no sausage. So we handed it back to the guy and told him we want this but with the stuff into it, he tugged it out of my mother in laws hands and ripped the bag yelling saying that he doesn’t know what the hell we’re talking about and telling my man “let’s take this outside” So at that point the manager came to the window, apologized and asked us what we really wanted. We said it once to him and he kindly said that for the mix up he will give it to us for free and then finally got what we wanted.
This is a Tim hortons I will never be back at, poor customer service, they employees are sooo rude! Can’t believe these people...
Read moreToday: service is inexplicably slow ALL THE TIME. Especially at break times when workers come in to get their coffee and snack, that is when the lineups go to the door and even outside. Every single worker is a temporary foreign worker and while I have nothing against foreigners or temporaries or workers, they are all being trained at the same time and the manager is also a trainee, and they don't seem to understand the urgency of people who come in to Tim Hortons in Canada - there used to be a process, a procedure, built around customers who are in a hurry. That's not even a hopeful concept there anymore.
The owner of this location should put service before dollars because it's obvious what they're doing. They also don't employ anybody in the neighborhood anymore. I used to know people that worked there. My kids might have been able to apply --but not now. Now, we get to have terrible service (if we even spend money there - NO MORE FOR ME!) AND no jobs for people that already live here. After waiting for over 20 minutes (my entire break) to even put in my order, I was so annoyed, I told them to cancel my order and waste the product. I may do this over and over just to help the owner understand what's going on.

Read moreI paid $11 for a microwave steak sandwich when I brought up my concern about the fact that it was microwaved the manager told me no it isn't I expressed yes it is it's clearly microwaved it's in my hand it's soft like it just came out of the microwave she told me we don't do that and I told her this has been an ongoing issue with your drive-through can you please check after speaking to the employee that made it it was clear that she put it in the microwave when I went to get my money back I was lied to my face when told the reason they microwaved the sandwich was due to the fact that the toaster wasn't working however when I immediately asked for a toasted bagel there was no issue in receiving one the clear lie offended me much more than the poor service and poor food the standard at this location and that other locations have gone downhill significantly in the past 2 years I feel as if the staff here does not really care about the food they serve all they worry about is the gossip chain that seems to be going by the window as the line at the drive-thru is usually longer than at other locations simply because the ladies are chit-chatting at the window food for thought if you want to pay $11 for a microwave sandwich I am for you to...
