Reading some of the past reviews, I could totally see how this place has gone under new ownership—not for the better.
In the past three years the quality has gone down, the service is slower, the place is dirtier, and some of the things that made it kind of cute have been stripped away (music, toys, etc). The current staff seem to struggle to speak English, as they are ALL from India. When they make mistakes their customer service isn’t on-point to correct it.
What really worries me is how all the former staff seem to of been fired, or they must’ve all quit at the same time because no one remains from previous years. The hygiene and Covid protocols also worry me as well at this location.
They are also slow and kind of cheap. Ask for extra pickles and you’ll know what I mean. I am not going back. I am not in the mood to wait 20 minutes for my order, which is usually two burgers, and to be told that I parked too far away when I’m parked there because they told me to wait. By the way, too far away is about 15 feet from the front door. Heaven forbid their employees walk 15 extra feet to correct an order but they took 20 minutes too long to make. They want you to squeeze into one of the three really tiny spots right by the front floor and be wedged in (when it probably should be two spots). Instead of them thanking you for waiting these new Canadians are upset they have to walk 15 extra feet. Pathetic.

Read moreSo I usually come to AW often. Staff and food, at least usually. But today I was thoroughly disappointed. I ask for 2 Chipotle Wraps w/ Easy Lettuce and Extra Chipotle. (Every AW loads up on lettuce so I always ask for less) so today I got Chicken Wraps LOADED with lettuce and regular Chipotle. Asked to have new wraps because of the Chipotle amount (I would've pulled the lettuce off if that wasn't the issue) the bottom of one of the Wraps looked like it was ripped right off too. The woman said not a problem which was great. HOWEVER!!! The end result is what's in the pics. Easy lettuce, great. But NO CHIPOTLE AT ALL ON ANY OF THEM! Went back to have it done right. Instead they just gave me Chipotle cups silently saying "you'll just come back because they'll get it wrong so here, add it yourself" I was VERY disappointed with that..
Now it wasn't all doom and gloom, the rings are big and seasoned nicely and were crispy so that I loved. But I'm not paying $15 for just rings and a drink. If a customer comes to you, you got to do your best to make it right for them when it comes to fulfilling what they ordered... 2/5 was appropriate for this experience.

Read moreI typically have a great experience at this specific location but my experience today was absolutely terrible.
The individual that took my order through the drive thru rushed through my order. I stated I had a coupon for a combo at the very beginning, but she asked about the combo after the second item in my order.
When I was at the window, I asked again about the coupon as the total did not seem discounted on the screen, to which she replied, "Yeah yeah, I put it in.". I paid cash and when she handed me my order, she didn't provide the drink for the combo and stared at me as if to ask, "What else do you need?"
I then stated that I hadn't received my drink. In an annoying fashion, she grabbed the closest drink and handed it to me.
When I finally went to eat my order with my family, I found she had handed me the wrong drink, Root Beer instead of Coke, forgot the Chocolate Milk for my kid's meal, and also didn't actually apply the coupon.
TLDR; I will not be returning to this location, as I would rather go the extra 5 minutes to the other location than get this...
