Absolutely worthless. Expensive and not fresh churros at all. Disgusting Ice coffee. Environment busy, hot and noisy. Their local is small and for any reason they added a piece of furniture in the middle of the line. Not good at all. One start is too many.
Answer to the owner: Thank you for your response, but I find it quite disappointing that instead of addressing the very clear issues I pointed out — overpriced and not fresh churros, bad iced coffee, an uncomfortable environment, and poor layout choices — you chose to suggest that I was simply “having a rough day.” That kind of answer dismisses my feedback and shifts the blame onto me, rather than taking responsibility or showing any willingness to improve your business.
Feedback is meant to highlight real problems that other customers will also notice. Ignoring it and responding in a patronizing way only proves that you aren’t interested in improving the quality of your food or your customer experience.
When a business receives criticism, the professional thing to do is acknowledge it, look for ways to improve, and respect the customer’s experience — not lecture them or imply the problem is their attitude. * Unrequested therapy advice, coming from someone who may not be a professional in the field, is a bit daring * Anyone reading this can see that rather than taking responsibility, you prefer to attack the person giving feedback. Read morePathetic cone with so called real chocolate dipped - it was more like chewing on a leather. One bite and the whole dip came off. Moreover, the vanilla has no flavor. The waffle had no flavor and top of that $4 bucks for a useless cone?? Don't give your customers a bull that our chocolate is from skies above and it tastes amazing and bla bla - it's the experience which counts and it was the worst! Instead of defending your product, treat your customers with nice gesture, apology or at least show some courtesy towards the customers with children!
Reply to your reply - That's a blame! I was not aggressive - I was letting the staff know that this so called dip is hard and feels like leather as the whole thing came off with my first and one bite, period! Did I throw away the ice cream? Did I ask for a refund? Did I ask for anything free? Then how come my feedback about your cone made your staff feeling all stressed? Lame excuse!! And who said you had an attitude? I never said that. Read my review again! - If you are in fact the owner of this store, learn to listen to your customers feedback, comments, ideas instead of being defensive and putting blames by using the words I didn't even write in my review. Very disappointed, again, on your tasteless cone and hard leather chocolate dip. Very disappointed on your staff being all stressed by a...
Read moreOrdered their coffee and doughnut deal, any doughnut and a coffee for $4.50 . I asked for the blueberry doughnut because it looked amazing in the picture, however I got a doughnut that looked like a plain cake doughnut with ketchup (not ketchup, flavou jelly squeezed out like ketchup)of 2 different colors squeezed around it, not very appealing. Doughnut by itself cost $3.50 which means you get the coffee for a dollar, it was not worth it. I have ordered from there before a while back. Ordered a dozen doughnut and the coffee and doughnut deal and all the doughnuts looked pretty much like the picture. I'm guessing they were made by part-time workers because they looked pretty young. My last visit i was served possibly by the owner or management because they were older guys and it was during the day on a weekday. Sad that the younger staff(looked to be in their teens) cared more about the quality then the older guys (possibly in their 40s or older). I really wanted to order more doughnuts later after had my doughnut and coffee and finish shopping but after that sad looking doughnut, I won't...
