Real Fruit Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Halton Hills

Visited this location on Saturday morning around 11:00 am (August 16th, 2025). I am a usual customer and enjoy Real Fruit Bubble tea. However, the customer service this morning was terrible. I stood at the cashier with my baby for a while. The two employees saw me standing there and did not come to the register nor greet me. When I asked them where I could order they said over there at the kiosk. I said could someone please help me at the register because I did not see the flavour I wanted on the kiosk- they said if I’m paying by cash only. It was not busy there was only one customer ordering at the kiosk. Again, I asked if they had a specific tea and if someone could please assist me - they said yes look on the kiosk it’s there as they continued working on inventory. I said I could not find it. Finally one employee came up to the kiosk found it and left. After the other employee made my drink she left it on the counter, didn’t call my number or say anything. I was extremely disappointed by this rude behaviour and lack of customer service. On top of this the bubble tea tasted horrible and watery. The workers here are so well mannered and trained. Their work is efficient, they got my drink to me, fresh, just 5 minutes after I had placed an order for a mango diamond slush. The drink it self was amazing, so many delicious chunks and the consistency was perfect. I got the names of the 3 workers I spoke to. Anmol, kapeena and Becca. Phenomenal work guys!! Amazing drinks it’s like they picked the mangos, peeled them and put all their love into it. Kapeena and becca made and served my drink while anmol took my order, providing me with amazing suggestions. Great work, whoever hired these girls needs a pat on the back! Love the vibes at this store too, I was greeted with smiles by everyone and it seems the team gets along very well together! They all seem to be great friends and have amazing team work to get the job done. Their training is extensive and thorough I will definitely be coming back!! Came here on a saturday and what can i say except the place was a mess and super rushed. Firstly when i wanted to order I was asked rudely to go to a kiosk despite the fact that I had cash to use and when i said that the worker looked annoyed and then decided to take my order. I havent really ordered from here before so i took a little time to see what I wanted and to even that she seemed annoyed and was trying to rush me. Finally i ordered and was watching the workers and noticed that even though i had said less ice in my mango diamond drink i overheard one of the girls saying “whatever just pour it” which is so appalling. I then got my drink and asked them why it was so cold as i asked for less ice and the girl was like “oh thats just how it is” and gave it to me. I have never ordered from here previously and wont again because of this rudeness and bad customer service. I paid almost 10$ for this drink and the quality of it was so horrible.
