Second Cup Café — Restaurant in Halton Hills

The older asian lady with rectangle glasses is extremely rude and unfriendly everytime I see her working. Today, I placed a mobile order and noticed that the snack bar I ordered was not included with my drink. I asked the other girl that was in for it and she said I could grab it (so I went to the snack area), I could not find where it was and so I asked the older asian lady about it... and she got annoyed (though she always looks annoyed all the time, which is why I was reluctant even asking her to begin with). After she eventually looked at my receipt and said "yeah. we don't have it." And then she walked away........ then the other girl ran over and kindly told me sorry that it's sold out and that I can grab a different snack instead as a substitute. Honestly, I felt embarrassed after the entire thing and upset at how someone can be so rude when not even given a...

If I could give this 0 stars I would, but that isn't an option. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the afternoon around 3:30 with the staff who name is SAFA (ONE OF THE BROWN GIRL) She is rude to the customer and service is not even existed. The worst customer service ever and tried to rush the order and not scan my point card. when I mentioned scanning my phone to collect my point, she said too late cannot do it. I was shocked she treats customers like that! She is ridiculous! BTW, she called me the rude customer in front of me and my friend! I've never had a bad experience with this store.

This store definitely needs basic training on customer engagement. I love Second Cup but this has been my worst experience at one of their locations. I will not recommend to anyone go to this location!!!

The staff here are very unfriendly and barely speak – if you read their lips you might understand what they’re saying, since they don’t even make a sound. And this was only around noon, not even the end of the day. The girl heating up the food wasn’t wearing gloves, and the same girl was also touching the ice for cold drinks with her bare hands. I asked for my drink to be put in my own thermos, but she didn’t close the lid properly and the whole drink spilled. And the most unbelievable part: I ordered my latte cold, but she made it hot. When I pointed it out, she told me I could go into the kitchen myself and pour the hot latte down the sink! On top of that, the tables were extremely dirty. If any manager or responsible staff is reading this, please check the cameras between 12:10 and 12:20 pm on September 21 to verify...
