Worst experience today with staff of vila madina Toronto premium outlet.i am vegetarian and has allergic to non veg today we went to vila madina in Toronto premium mall as my kids wanted to eat chicken shawarma and me as vegetarian wanted to eat veg shawarma but staff the girls over there misbehaved with me i just wanted them to help me in my order but they did not cooperate with me and behaved rudely and even did not bother to answer my questions however it had no rush there we were only two customers after order they asked me to pay and i tapped my card but error was on there side they said they wont give me food as i did not pay i said your machine is not working its ok i will pay again which i did i tapped again and it worked they just kind of threw food to my side.its being 9 years in canada i never experienced this.As a resident in canada and as a customer i have right to ask about food if we have some allergy they can’t do like this.I was annoyed and told them that i will put reviews of this on your website so your owner should know. She said kar lo jo karna hai.so many times we visit subway they are always cooperative to vegetarian I would never recommend my friends or relatives to visit vila madina .if they can’t treat customers politely. have already given my review on bad customer service at Vila Madina Toronto premium food outlet on your website but i got a shock as being vegetarian i ordered falafel wrap and the girl at counter gave me said F for falafel is written outside on wrap.I also ordered two chicken wrap for my kids.But the falafel wrap turned to be chicken wrap.When i ate that and found it fishy and gave my husband to check it then he ate and confirmed it was chicken.It really hurt my religion.The girls on the counter were rude plus misbehaved with me. Sorry I can’t forgive Vila madina for damaging my religious values.I would like to complain to some food services...

This location is absolutely the WORST! When I lived in Mississauga I often went to the SQ1 location and the food there always tasted amazing! I have also visited the Niagara Falls location a few times and was happy with the food each time. I have been to this location twice and both times it was not a pleasant experience. Last time I got a wrap and the quality of the chicken was atrocious. It was mostly fat and ligaments. I said maybe they got a bad batch and ate what I could.

Today I got a chicken and beef plate, the big juicy well done piece you see in the front of the picture I uploaded is just fat and skin (please don't judge me on the amount of hot sauce, I like it spicy lol). Even the beef is layered with fat and tasted awful. I am very sure this location buys the lowest quality meat. If they charged $5 for the plate, I would not complain. They charge almost $12 and the quality of the food is consistently garbage. The staff has a very, what else are you going to eat?, attitude and its not even worth complaining.

I asked a few of my friends about this place and they all had negative reviews. If you are used to eating Osmos and Lazeez in the GTA then I am 100% sure this food will disappoint you. This place would get zero stars if I could give it. First of all the ordering experience was unpleasant and should’ve been my sign to leave. The worker was very rude and judged my topping choices as if they’re not serving my own cultures food. Then we go sit down to eat I bite into a peice of my chicken it was raw. Completely pink inside. Immediately I felt disgusted and went to show the workers. When I proceeded to show them I was nice and the worker was very unhelpful, she began saying “I can’t give a refund it’s not our policy.” She offered to give another plate but at this point I was disgusted. I asked for a refund and she wouldn’t give me one. My sister then came over and asked her to give another refund because we didn’t want a replacement meal of possibly the same or other contaminated raw chicken. She got mad and told my sister to calm down even though she was. It took us raising our voices and asking multiple times for her to phone her manager to get anywhere. She then came and said she can give us a refund and we should be happy because it’s coming out of her paycheck. She then threw $15 at me even though I had paid $20 for my meal.
