Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Halton Hills

During our visit to the Toronto Outlet Mall, we decided to stop by Mucho Burrito, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice! We ordered two Mexican wraps, and they were absolutely amazing — packed with fresh ingredients, flavorful spices, and a perfect balance of textures. The wraps were generously portioned and felt wholesome, not greasy or heavy, which made them even more enjoyable.

What stood out the most was the freshness — the veggies were crisp, the protein was well-cooked, and everything was wrapped up perfectly. It was a filling, satisfying meal that gave us the right energy to continue shopping without feeling weighed down.

I understand why the low-rated reviews are accurate. This restaurant serves subpar food and offers poor service. The attendant spent more time telling customers what they could and couldn't have, rather than helping them with their selections. It's surprising to see a Mexican restaurant charging extra for guacamole.

If they can't prepare a simple Mexican dish, maybe it's time to close up shop. I received cold, stale, greasy nacho chips paired with salsa that had absolutely no flavour. The mango salsa resembled jambalaya more than anything else and tasted even worse.

To top it off, the burnt fries were the worst part of the meal. I took a picture of one portion, but the rest went straight into the garbage. They should remove "burrito" from their name, as those were...

If I could give a 0 star I would. No cilantro, no queso??? Very bad for a Mexican fast food joint. I ordered 3 large burritos. Came to almost $70 and they did not taste good at all. Something was off so we ended up throwing them out. What a waste. We were disappointed because we have had MB from other locations and this one wasn't up to par. The worst thing is that I specifically ordered one burito to be vegan, no cheese no dairy. The server made it as ordered but wrote the wrong contents on the package. She wrote chicken and cheese on the vegan burrito and no cheese on the cheese burito. So my kid with a dairy allergy ate some of the burito with cheese and sour cream. This made her very sick!
