Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Halton Hills

I was a regular customer at Dominos in Acton until I went there a week ago to get two pizzas. Walking in, there is a woman behind the pizza counter cutting a pizza, she isn’t wearing gloves which was ok if she is dealing with just food. But then she comes around the corner to take a man’s money and cash him out handing him change. I figured she would go wash her hands after the interaction, but she didn’t! Then she went onto touching the computer, and then she dipped right into the pizza dough to get started on another pizza!! SO unsanitary. The worst thing is, I found out she is the manager! I was so turned off from seeing that, they have lost a very loyal customer. Dominos general managers, teach your employees how to make pizza in a sanitary way please, for the sake of others who decide to order from...

We placed our order at 10:25pm. When we got to the location we had to wait for the dessert as the employee had dropped the cake on the floor. After we paid, we realized that they had made the wrong order. Since the store was closing at 11pm and they had no time left I asked for the money back for the pizza and the dips. The employee gave me my money back just for the pizza. When I calculated the total I realized that she owed me more money. I went back and asked her to give me the total refund. After driving to this location, wasting my gas, getting the wrong order, not getting the correct refund and having left with no dinner this restaurant provided pathetic customer service and not apologized even ones for their series of mistakes. We've been a Domino's loyal customer for decades and have ordered from hundreds of different locations. We're camping in Acton and was craving a pizza so we ordered our usual. Well, seems this location cheaped out on the toppings (maybe due to 50% off special?)!! There's hardly ANY sauce (other locations we usually tell them not so much), toppings far down from the ends (too much crust!) I wish I had taken a photo of crust-to-toppings ratio before we dug in, but the worst issue of all: I've had more "regular" cheese from all other Domino's locations, never mind we ordered EXTRA CHEESE!
